Jim Sturgeon, owner, has 31 years of professional cleaning experience. Before starting On The Spot, Jim attended Penn State University where hereceived a Bachelors in Science degree. 

Jim is certified through the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification®.

Tom was an original partner of On The Spot back in 1987. Jim soon after bought Tom's share but retained his services. He now works part time for On The Spot when not working in management at a large department store.
